Referring to letter number 28568 of 5 Azar 1360 [26 November 1981], I would respectfully inform you that, at the Educational Faculty of Dr. Shahid Beheshti, there is a significant number of Baha’i students who shamelessly profess their religion and try to propagate it. The main difficulty of this faculty is how to properly confront them, since the faculty is situated in an affluent area, where most [residents] are not committed to Islam or are indifferent. It seems one of the most appropriate solutions would be to disperse them or take a written commitment not to propagate [any] non-Islamic religion. In any case, should you think of any other solution, please announce it in writing.
