Soroush’s son defends the perverse Baha’i sect
…
According to Arya News Agency citing the Secret News website, he has written: “As an Iranian Muslim who believes in a tolerant reading of Islam, I respect and uphold both the fundamental and inviolable rights of the People of the Book and religious minorities such as the Baha’is, and the fundamental rights of atheists; hence, I consider their violation for any reason or excuse to be morally unjustified and unwarranted. I hope that by raising these issues in the public sphere and civil society and trying to build a democratic culture among the various classes of Iranian society, we will move in the direction of the fundamental rights of religious minorities and atheists in our society, in the not-too-distant future.”
Mr. Soroush Dabbagh’s view indicates that he did not have a clear understanding behind the scenes of the Baha’i political sect, which he counts as a religious minority. Meanwhile, his father, Dr. Soroush, was a member of the Hojjatieh anti-Baha’i Association.
