In matters related to religious beliefs and political truth, sobriety and order are more necessary than ever.

The care of the military governorate to preserve the place of some assemblies, the formation of which is contrary to the great religion of Islam and contrary to the requirements of the constitution, has had a very good effect among the people, especially those who are logical and rational.

The action of law enforcement officers in protecting and guarding such places has only been interpreted as occupation. Also, adding guards to the wards and streets of the residences of individuals and families whose ideology and profession is outside of the pure Muhammadan religion and religions, which have been protected and respected by Iranian law, at this time and in this month [Ramadan], when any unfortunate event can be expected as a result of the fervor of the religious prejudices, is a wise action and a reason for the awakening and sobriety of the government …
