The case of Dr. Ali-Mohammad Varqa, son of Valiollah, birth certificate number 1419, and his spouse, Mrs. Rowhanieh Mohtadi, daughter of Bagher, birth certificate number 5694 - Tehran, is being processed by Branch 10 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Justice, file number 154-64/10. Said individuals—and in the event they are not present in the country, their Muslim relatives and other beneficiaries—are hereby informed that they are to present themselves at Branch 10 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Justice of Tehran, situated in Evin, within one month of the date of this press announcement; otherwise, the Court will take action in accordance with existing legislation.
