In the Name of God

 

Respectfully, Circular number 20261 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, which has been approved by the National Iranian Industry Organization, [is presented] herewith:

 

According to Clause 8 of Article 29 of the Human Resources Restructuring Act, [applicable to] Government Ministries and Affiliated Organizations, enacted on 5 Mehr 1360 [27 September 1981] by the Islamic Consultative Assembly, the punishment for membership in the Perverse Sect, which by the unanimous [decree of] the Muslim [clerics] has been identified as non-Muslim, or membership in the institutions whose establishment and constitution are based on denial of divine religions, would be permanent dismissal from government services. According to Article 58 of the above-mentioned Act, [this punishment] is applicable to all the employees (including those covered by labour law or agricultural labour law, etc.) who are employed in government departments, factories, banks and companies, and similar semi-official institutions or governmental establishments that have become nationalized or confiscated, and will come into effect; therefore, the dispute [resolution] authorities are compelled to refrain from voting in favour of the dismissed employees of the above-mentioned institutions whose membership in the Perverse Sect and other aforementioned groups is established and confirmed.
