The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has received a report from Mr. Ali-Gholi Khan, chargé d’affaires [of the Persian Embassy] in Washington, indicating that he has made an agreement with the vice-chancellor of Columbia University in New York that Iranian students who travel to the United States [of America] and finish their primary education in American primary schools, [may] enter this university and finish their studies free of charge. Attached is a copy of the above-mentioned report to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
