Ali Keshtgar: We, the Opposition Groups Are All Baha’is!

A member of the bankrupt group Fadaian-e Khalgh criticized Shirin Ebadi for considering that being a [called a] Baha’i [is] an insult and for acquitting herself of being a Baha’i.

Ali Keshtgar, who fled the country many years,[ago], and from outside of the arena, orders how to win the contest, acknowledged in an article on the secular Gooya News website, without mentioning the mercenary background and betrayal of Baha’i leaders in the country, that “Human rights activists and civil society organizations in Iran are silent when it comes to defending the Baha’is, or they do not engage as they should. Recently, Mrs. Ebadi accepted the defence of the Baha’i prisoners, but unfortunately her reaction to the rumours of her daughter’s inclination towards Baha’ism was such that she considered it a disgrace to be a Baha’i or become a Baha’i, and equated this attitude towards her daughter with an insult.”

He called on the opposition to declare, “We are Baha’is” in defence of Baha’ism. Of course, it is not uncommon for a formerly left-leaning Marxist and newly liberal American to serve the Baha’is, especially since there are credible reports of Israeli aid to left-wing opposition groups.
