Verdict of the Board

According to the case documents and the report of the investigating team –X--, witness statement –X--, and the East Azerbaijan Province, and in light of other circumstances surrounding the case and the existing evidence on file, in the opinion of the Board, the allegations of the accused are proven and his offence is

1- Membership in the perverse Baha’i sect. Section 19 Paragraph 1.

of the Restructuring of Human Resources Act of Ministries and Public Sectors, and attached to government sanction dated 5/7/1360 [27 September 1981], in accordance with Paragraph 8, Article 29, is condemned to permanent dismissal from government employment.

Note: This verdict was issued in his absence, as he failed to appear before the Board when summoned in writing and the necessary follow-ups [were undertaken].

In accordance with Section [illegible] of the Act, this verdict is final and enforceable.

This order can be appealed within 15 days after being served on the accused.
