Brother Sayyid[i] lazem Haghgoo

With greetings and best wishes for the long life of the Supreme Leader of the Iranian Islamic Revolution and for the victory of the Islamic Army over global blasphemy. With reference to your letter dated 20/2/1363 [10 May 1984],  a verdict has been handed down concerning the estate of Ahmad Mahboubi Tali. The individuals [beneficiaries], who reside in Iran and are not fugitives, are free to repossess their properties. Furthermore, they were contacted via two phone calls on 2/2/1363 [10 May 1984] wherein they were informed of this; however, the Foundation (Bonyad) has not received a claim or a letter from them. The properties of non-Muslim individuals (Baha’is) who reside in Iran are respected, provided they do not conspire against the Islamic Republic. In view of the foregoing, they are prohibited from selling or laying waste to their properties. Should [the beneficiaries] not live in Iran or be fugitives, notify the Foundation (Bonyad) so that it is able to carry out its responsibilities [in this matter].
